MURF stereo output

Hi All,

I am having trouble working out a stereo signal flow before I purchase anything:

I am wondering if the MURF splits the signal into two identical paths regardless if the effect is switched on or off?

cheers

I have the “M” (midi) and in Stereo ‘mode’ (when it detects a 2nd 1/4" connected), it sends every other filter to left/right (ie. 110 left, 160 right, 240 left and so on).

When switched off, it only sends to mono left.

Disconnecting the right output at the MF and my board and it sends all filters to the single left jack (and my board which is stereo adjusts by splitting the single input to both channels).

Have a look for another thread on this forum where Amos describes a procedure that changes this behavior (requires solder or cutting a trace [I forget which!] on the -M and moving a jumper on the original or “B”).
