In the editor, progr change send and return are set to “on”.
The minitaur is pluged in USB, the midi din is not used.
A “basic diy footswitch” with buttons sends programs changes in the MTR.
Everything is working properly, when I push a button on the footswitch the good programchange is sent to the MTR and the preset is well changed.
But the preset is not changing in the editor.
For example, I’m in the preset X in the editor,
I load the preset Y with the footswitch,
the minitaur goes to the preset Y
but the editor remains on the preset X.
I don’t know if it’s a bug but it was working properly before the new update.
Before I was with editor v 3.2.0b7
I don’t think you can share the USB port of the MTR between the DAW, the Editor -AND- an MSP plugin.
I guess the correct way to do that would be having the MSP sending Midi messages to anything that goes directly into the MTR Midi DIN In, and having the “Echo Din->USB” and “PROGRAM CHANGE RECEIVE” on the Editor set to ON.
This works nicely here when I send the program changes from Sub Phatty and the Midi channel which is set to receive Midi from the Phatty, sends it’s Midi Out to a USB-to-Midi adapter, going into MTR MIDI DIN IN.
But what is strange is that everything was fully working before FW v2.1.14 and Editor v 3.2.0b11.
It was possible with my max patch to share the USB port of the MTR between max/msp, the minitaur and the standalone Editor, in the same time.
When I used to used my patch, both MTR and MTRE received the messages.
I never use the vst versions and max just send notes/CC/PC to the minitaur usb.
