Just installed the latest editor and firmware
When i turn on the glide from within the editor, the mtr led doesn’t follow, nor does glide occur. when you turn it on manual it does glide, and editor display follows. also turning off the led in the editor is followed by MTR.
changing glide type from ict to exp is not possible, every time i do this the dial jumps back to ict.
When switching to independant release/decay, the physical decay rel dial doesn’t respond or change in the editor until you have pressed the physical release button. after that it operates as expected.
when changing lfo rate in midi sync mode, i would expect the rate dial to change and the clock division number to change. However only the dial turns, when changing clock rate at a specific tempo of modulation, no audible change occurs.
Not sure if this is because i don’t understand the definition of lfo clock divider. i thought frequency was replaced by a rythmical division, hence in midi sync mode i am expecting to see lfo clock divide number to change when turning the rate dial.
did you extend the range of the lfo? it feels like the slowest rate is slower than before. This might just be a subjective/autosuggestion experience
the sound of the osc sync doesn’t seem to be the same, it thought it was a lot crunchier and sonically pleasing before, now it seems smoother and tamer. i seem to hear some pitch shift as wel in the synced sound.
might also be imagination
!going under the lowest sync frequency, i now hear some kind of more quiet oscillator bleed sound, in the firmware before it just went totally silent as i would expect. !only when osc 1 is set to saw!
Some bumps in the phase/frequency shift as i go over 3 o’clock up to 5. might just be to do with the end of a cycle and a normal phenomenon.
Merry christmas & a happy moog year!
