# MP201 light on, blank screen?

My cherished MP201 has suddenly stopped working.
Turned it on last weekend and the screen lights up, but the display is blank.
I turned it off and on a few times and the LED rings light up randomly.
Anyone else ever experience anything like this?
Is there a reset procedure?
Yes I did double check the power supply is good. I also tried a different 12v AC supply to be sure.
I will be really frustrated if it has given up the ghost. Even with all the modular out there I am not aware of anything that does quite what the MP201 does. And now tha tI have more modular stuff I really use my 201.

It happens no matter which power supply I use, and which firmware update, or if I plug USB/midi cables or not.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

No way to tell without someone opening it up and troubleshooting. Everything else is just a guess at best.
I’d contact Moog service. Good luck
