Hello it is possible to make the Update with the normal DIN midi and Not with the USB ?

I think that is not possible.
Though the manual does not go into details of how to update the OS, it does say this under ‘Appendix E - Specifications’:
Operating System:
Flash upgradeable via MIDI SysEx.
This would imply that either the ‘MIDI DIN’ or the ‘USB Type B Port (MIDI over USB)’ would work equally well. All you need is something that will send the OS update file (like MIDI OX).

NOTE: You MUST use USB MIDI to send the update; it will not work via standard MIDI connection.
