That whole website was wonderful reading. I grew up in that era and was the only kid I knew who was a fan of ‘synthesizer music’. By high school in the mid 70’s, 3 of us in the Santa Monica High School computer lab had built our own modular synth from plan in Radio Electronics magazine. (It used paperclips and shirt buttons for keys!) That was inspired by ELP’s music.
It would have been so fantastic to have been able to hook up with R.A.M. back then! We could only wish and dream about having that kind of connection to work with.
Very cool website! Most of the early adopters of Moog synthesizers had a close relationship with Bob. At least from what I can gather from various sources. I would have loved to meet the man…just once. 
Reading further on the website, I noticed that there is a performance at Cornell University this Sunday, March 29th. I’m going to call to get more information later today.
I just confirmed the details for Sunday’s performance. It will be held in the Barnes Auditorium at Cornell University this Sunday, March 29th at 8:00pm. Admission is free and it is open to the public.
