Mother-32 Tempo issue

I have an issue where the Tempo changes from a quarter note tempo to a whole note tempo whenever I Initialize a pattern (shift + reset/accent + Pattern (bank))

I’m using a Roland 606 as the external tempo source (using the HiTom Trigger Out) patched into the Mult In on the M32 then Mult1 Out into the Tempo In (Mult 2 is patched into other Eurorack).

A power reset on the M32 will put the tempo back in time with the trigger from the 606.

Any ideas why this is occurring?
