More OS update issues screen has darkened

I had a hard time getting things to go through without failure during several of the transfers (all in correct order). In anycase even though the system would hang or need to be rebooted to prompt the process everything seems to be installed now. The voyager boots as 3.5 and the new bank is installed however the screen has darkened considerably and is no longer easily readable. I tried doing a thorough install over again and got more failures this time. So it works I just can hardly read the screen.

has this happened to anyone else?

In fact here is an image of it.

This is a known “issue” as the contrast has been changed after the update.
Press the Panel button.
Go to menu 2.4 (LCD Contrast)
Press the enter button.
Then press -1 repeatedly to change the contrast.

You have to know what to find for…just searching on LCD screen won’t help you that much if you don’t know it.
Contrast would do the trick… :wink:
