The Moogerfoogers are not true bypass so if you are really into the SRV sort of thing you may just want to leave right now. Or else just use a loop box that will take the MF(s) out of the chain. Personally I kind like overdriving my amps with a little Moogerfooger.
I wonder this myself. Alot of modular synths run on +10v. Maybe that’s why they can’t be true bypass. You need some sort of pre amp, thats already in the MFs to raise your signal to the +10v.

They are a Buffered output.
i sometimes wish they were true bypass so i could use the drive as part of the effect rather than a continuous “feature”… most times it doesnt bother me.
