Hi Guys
I’ve got a big problem.
This week i got my Moog Voyager. It was not a new one and i wanted to delet the old presets and so on by updating the Moog.
So i downloaded the actually OS version (3.5) and MidiOX for the file transfere.
Before i descibe my problem - i have already written all posts to similar topics, and ive already tryed to fix my problem in a way like in this topics but no way.
I red the manual and started.
1) Bank B
After sending this file the first curiousity: The LCD Contrast was down, so that the LCD was black.
Now i came only in the LCD Contrast menu during the Update Process, after transfering file D the menu doesn’t appear any more and so after transfering file D ive got a black LCD and no way to fix the problem.
2) after transfering B, the moog wants me to send him File D - ive already tried both variants (a) give him the file (b) abort and go on with file A.
2a) After i transfered D to the Moog i go on with the “Receive Update” menu and send File A to the Moog. After this send it appers the “Please bank D” windwo again. If i abort this transfere ive na chance to send him file C,… cause he either wants File A or File D,.. no way out
2b) Same Problem, after transfered Bank A the Moog reboots and ask me to transfere file D. If i do this the process is done without ever sending C. if i abort this process and go to the Receive Update menu there i can only transfere Bank A one more time.
So you see, i don’t know what to do now - espcially cause i can’t run Bank D without loosing the LCD Contrast menu after rebooting and so my screen stays black.
Sorry for my bad englisch, hopefully someone is able to understand my problem und ist able too to fix it.
