Personally I am hoping the LEDs will be more red than pink… we should save the pink LEDs for the special Sanrio “Hello Kitty” edition.

wow, i just got the new sos and took a look at the fire voyager. seeing the two synths right next to each other really brings out the contrasting design concepts.
the phatty is like the style of robert smith, blixa bargeld, woody allen and certain places in sallynoggin all rolled into one.
the fire, by contrast, rotates between the vibes of salvador dali, the wine kone, nina hagen and a scout camp.
i wouldn’t describe it as ‘totally’ retro though. it’s alittle bit retro. who in the seventies had backlit knobs?
i’m sure they had special substances to backlight their entire brains…
anybody else have this analogy fly way over head?
