Hi guys! 
We have two of Moog The Source and they are great!!
But there’s a problem with the arpeggiator at one of them. It was shipped incorrectly! It fell down from the luggage rack or from the shelf in the post office. It’s in a perfect visual and sounding condition, but the arpeggiator does not work! 
We follow all the manual instructions to start playing the arpeggio. First The Source plays it, this one does not. How to FIX IT? Please help!
