Moog Sub37 Midi Issues

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this.

Since a while my SUB-37 does not send any midi out anymore. Not through DIN or USB. I tried different usb and midi cables but still no signal. I also tried to install the firmware again and the midi driver… The device gets recognized by Windows 10 and by my DAW but no signal…

I can use a workaround by playing the keys of another midi keyboard but ofcourse I would like to keep playing directly from the SUB37 ofcourse

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a common problem?

Are you sure you didn’t accidentally deactivate MIDI output in the settings menu?

I think there is an anchor setting which needs turning off. Looking for a similar function but starting the modulation at the beginning of the wave…
