My first Moog arrived today. Moog sub 37. It seems there are no presets in any bank. Just the same tone everywhere. I have followed the instructions in the manual and updated firmware. Same problem both before and after update. Is there some setting i have to adjust or is it faulty and need service?

You just need to load a preset file.

Hey and thank you all for answering. I found a preset file here in this forum, loaded it via c6 tool, which i use for my elektron synths and now all is fine. It was not loaded on delivery, but I am communicating with Amos at Moog music so thay can try to eliminate the mistake at production facility.
