Moog Slim Phatty out of tune

Hello,

I have bought a new Moog and i received it a week ago (my first analog). I dont know why, but I have update the firmware to the latest versión (3.12.680, checked in the Moog), I have calibrated the machine, etc. When I perform a global calibration, it get the right sound, but I have to do this almost three times in a week and it is not a fast process. Any idea why is this happening?

I am so frustrated with this issue…

I found the answer!, it needs to warm up. I didnt know this, this is my first analog.

How long are letting the Phatty warm up before fine tuning?

What setting do you have in the Fine Tune screen (in Master Mode)?

How far out of tune does it get?
