Hey I’m new to the moog community but I recently picked up a Rogue that has a few corroded keys. The copper plating, or whatever metal it is that triggers the notes is so corroded that no amount of cleaning can get them to work. Where can I find replacement internal parts? Thanks
Yo! Sirpressure
Try synthparts.com. Doug may have what your looking for.
Good luck!
I don’t recall what the Rogue contacts are like, but if they’re the same as the Source, I have a big box of them.
Often they can be repaired if not corroded too bad though. (soft drinks and cat pee withstanding.)
As far as I know, the Rogue and MG-1 shared the same type of keyboard. They were just connected and configured differently (mainly for the trigger and polyphony). Here’s a photo of the MG-1 contacts after cleaning. Maybe they’re the same type as on The Source ?

Speaking of which… A cat-fight once took place atop my Rhodes Suitcase 73, resulting in some cat pee that now resides inside it in a congealed state.
They look about the same as the ones I have…
