Moog One wont start

Hi all

Love my Moog One, but now it wont start. Fan is going when powered on, but all screens and lights are not turning on.. nothing more happens. Tried to contact inMusic but no reply yet. Does anyone know who I can cal or contact?
Or any tip on how to get it back up running? pls, Im lost

Did you startet the Moog One unplugged (without using external devices like keyboard, usb-stick, usb-cable to daw, midi-cables…)?
