Where si the Muse forum section?
Good question. Moog needs to update this Forum a bit. They also haven’t added Spectravox and Labyrinth under the semi-modular section.
I was looking for the Moog Muse Forum as well.
Is someone know how to submit bug report for the MUSE?

I’m curious as to what issues you’re seeing. I’ve noticed quite a few menus don’t have anything yet. For example, the output menu has nothing.
I have stuck voices pretty much any time I try to control it via midi.
I have problems with assigning mod destinations - the display freezes.
I’m kind of wondering whether this was a rush dev job, and they’re planning to [maybe] fix / update it. I’d hate to wait a year to find out otherwise, and be stuck with an unfinished product.
That’s addressed in the manual. Funny, nobody seems to read the manual 
“OUTPUT MORE MENU
As of right now this module does not have any more menu settings, but we included a more menu in case that changes in the future. Please register your instrument at moogmusic.com to be notified of future firmware updates.”
I too am having really annoying issues with Midi on the Muse. If I have a pattern in Ableton, it will randomly change the all the patch parameters, this happens completely out of the blue. Sometimes it will stop receiving midi from Ableton and I’ll have to restart. Sometimes if I click a different track in Ableton it will turn on the sequencer on Muse and mess up whatever take I was recording. All of this seems to happening sporadically and arbitrarily.
Other than that, I’m loving the instrument haha
No one is reading the manual because they didn’t bother including one. I usually download and print manuals that are only available on line, but the current online manual can’t be printed properly because they saved it with 2 pages per sheet which makes a mess if you’'re trying to put it in a binder.
Probably another OS issue
