Moog MF-101: patch with MF-103 and drive control knob

Hi, I’m new here and I’m italin. Sorry for my bad english.
I own a Mf-103 and I just picked up a Mf-101 this week. I’m guitar player.
I gotta say, this Low Pass Filter sounds incredible but I have 2 questions about it.

-Can I use “LFO out” of Mf-103 to create effects such as vibrato or warbles such as we can do with CP-251’s LFO??

-The drive of the Mf-101 works even when pedal is bypassed; then, how can I set drive control pedal at the same level of the volume amp without pedal, without adding any level of drive to the original amp sound??

than you very much

Yes, you can use the LFO out that way… Patch it to the freq in on the 101.

The best way to bypass the 101 is with a looper pedal. Otherwise set the drive knob so it just flashes orange at the peaks. You will experience coloration until you bypass the pedal. This is either desirable or not, depending on your goal sound. You could also place a boost pedal infront to overdrive it as desired, and go back to a clean sound.

Thank you very much for your answer

Then, which is the correct way to connect mf-101 and mf-103 to use mg-103 as vibrato or warbles?

I use mf-103 before mf-101 on my pedalboard ( … > mf-103 audio out > ibanez wh-10 > retrosonic chorus > eh electric mistress > mf-101 audio in > … )

How can I connect they? Can I mantain this connection?
Which cables I have to use to connect mf-101 to mf-103?

thank you very much

Well your have an LFO Out jack on your 103. Take a 1/4" cable and plug it in there. Take the other end and plug it into any of the 4 CV input jacks on the 101 (Cutoff, Mix, Resonance, Amount). It doesn’t matter what order you are running your audio chain.
