Hey guys I have a question regarding the Matriarch firmware update. After I get it to version 1.3.0 the whole unit just stopped working, all on board buttons are like “frozen” and I can’t even reset globals. Now no sound is coming out from the unit except when I switch it to the drone mode there will be some sound and I can still tweak knobs, but other than that it’s completely stucked. USB MIDI now can’t be recognized by my Mac and MIDI Pin is not able to sent/recieve any signal too.
I already submitted a ticket to Moog but it would took unknown days for them to get back to me. This is pretty upset as I’ve been using it for a recent project of mind and it suddenly go offline. What’s even worse is there is no legacy firmware now available online as for unknown reason Moog retrived all their past firmware downlaods and syx files are not available through their downloader. It’s really strange.
Did the same issue happen to be encountered by any of you? How did you resolved it? Thank you so much for your kind help!
