Moog Matriarch Noise Issue

Hello,
I’m having a very peculiar issue with my Moog Matriarch. There is a constant low level buzz/noise coming from my unit through my audio interface, even with the unit powered off (while still plugged in). I thought it was a ground loop interference issue but have plugged the unit into 3 different outlets, one being an outlet that my prophet 6 is plugged in with no ground loop interference issues. I’ve tried different cables and confirmed the cables used are fine with my prophet 6. The buzz noise is not present with headphones. I’ve done a global reset and note calibration to no avail.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this with their Matriarch or any other synth? Could it be a power supply issue? :question:

I’m also experiencing this issue. Did you resolve it with your unit?

Seems to be a power supply issue indeed. Check whether earth is connected correctly.

Thanks - I’ll check the wire paths, try to plug the synth in to a different socket, and so on
