Has anyone been successful at getting support with the Moog extended warranty? I purchased an extended warranty from Moog and I’ve been having issues since November 2019. Moog doesn’t really respond and I feel like I got gipped buying the warranty. I have a Subsequent 37 with faulty keys and a faulty brain (does not sync and has tempo drift). Since Moog doesn’t really support their own warranty, I was thinking I could get a refund, sell the instrument and re-buy it from Sweetwater who offers a 2-year warranty. Sweetwater responds within 24 hours versus Moog’s 6+ months response time.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. But since this COVID-19 craziness, I guess Moog Music might perhaps be closed temporarily, because it’s not an essential service?
I love Moog stuff - so to me it’s essential!

Hi, One of my friend has same issue later they responded to him. so don’t worry. Moog will definitely respond to you. Due to pandemic, there will be some sort of issues. I need one clarity about lifetime warranty?
