I recently watched the 2004 documentary “Moog” via Netflix streaming and loved every minute of it. So much insight into Bob Moog’s philosophy and the evolution of the instruments. I think it’s fair to say that if you’re reading this you want to watch this film.
I think it’s also fair to assume that most of the members on this forum have watched it, maybe more than once, since it came out close to ten years ago. But thanks for mentionning it. It is a great documentary film by Hans Fjellestad.
In 2004, winner of “Best Documentary” at the Barcelona Inedit Film Festival.
You should also watch Theremin: An Electronic Odyssey by Steve Martin (not the comedian).
I have seen it several times. An excellent film. I always enjoy watching something about a visionary like Bob Moog who gave so much to our world of musical expression.
Seen it as well, thanks to the mooguys here ![]()
I particularilly like the last 10 minutes when Bob Moog says something comes to him from above, from beyond. It’s in phase with some really interesting readings I had these last years.
Thanks for sharing ![]()
