Maybe its a stupid question but as I understand the 921 can be used as an audio source or as a lfo. Can I use both unlike the minimoog ? where you need to choise to use the 3º mini oscillator as audio or as a lfo to get a vibrato for example?

Yes of course you can, in theory… but as LFO’s are normally also varied frequency-wise for the effect, it would also alter the “pitch” (which would be most probably set to low/sub-audio anyway..) making it not so useful for audio duties while being used as an LFO… if that makes sense…?
So really it’s the same as the Minimoog… either/or is most likely.
