Monotribe sync I/O and CP-251 CV

I’m wondering how to use the sync out of the monotribe with the CP-251.

Here is what I’m working with:

Moog CP-251
Mooger Phaser
Korg Monotribe (Sync I/O)
Electrix Filter Factory (CV I/O)

So I would like to have the tempo of the Monotribe control the LFO rate of the CP-251 which would then sync up with the effects. I’m not sure if this is possible or vice versa if its the CP-251 that could control the monotribe tempo. Is this possible or what are the different options I could patch? Any tips would be appreciated, I’m new to CV.

You can use the square wave lfo output to clock analogue sequencers… It can be adjusted with the slew limiter decay function to alter pulsewidth depending on what kind of clocking pulse you want the CP-251 to make.

Hey thanks for the tip, I would not have guessed it was the square wave output so I will try that. Then to send that pulse to the FX am I going to use the 4way mult outs to my FX CV inputs? Or does the square wave out have to go into the mixer section first?

Also what input would the monotribe sync out go in the CP?
