Sounds like you may want to e-mail Amos at moogmusic.com

what happened to “PM me”? i think most peeps can figger out how to contact support dood. Informative replies are always welcome however. Browsing these forums is very popular with many users im sure but seeing the same nick beside EVERY post is a bit much dont you agree? Enthusiasm is admirable but ya gotta know where to draw the line dood. Not tryin to be mean or nasty here but cmon man enuff!

Cheers

If I remember correctly I think I saw something about this in another thread awhile back. You may want to do a search for it.

I tried a search prior to posting, but only found a handful of reports of this happening… no solutions.

I will contact support (duh!) but was hoping for a few instantaneous responses along the lines of “oh yeah, that’s no big deal.. here’s how it’s fixed…”

thanks!

Amos gave me a scolding for trying to be overly helpful, therefore I am just doing what he told me to do in the case of someone having a problem that could be covered by the warranty.

Personally, I have never experienced peeling rubber on the wheels, but if I had, what I would do (as a DIY fix, which is my favorite way of doing things) is take the rubber completely off with a file or sander, source some sheet rubber, cut it to size, and epoxy the cut strips in place. But that’s just me. Is that helpful?
