Does a Model D not have sample/hold?

simple answer:
No.

(But it uses the same technique internal to get the keyboard voltage. But this is not usable as modulation source.)

thanks- trying to decide whether to go with a Voyager OS or the D- I used osc sync and sample/hold a bunch with my past Moogs- hmmmmmmm

Model D and cp-251. The model D is a (to me at least) spiritual instrument. The Voyager is something else entirely, but great in itself. It’s a bit like asking: “Would you rather explore the mind or the universe?” In the end it may be just two paths to get to the same place.
