Model D iPhone 6 - no LFO, Decay, Glide controls

Hi all, I am using Model D on my iPhone 6 with iOS 12.1.4.

I can select programs and I use my Nord and Kurzweil to control the knobs.

The LFO, Glide and decay controls do not display next to the mod wheels.

Please point me to them…or please add a menu for them.

Found it, click between the 2 arrows anove the right side of the keyboard.
