Model D aluminium knob centers !.....

Hello, my fine Moog friends,..

I haven’t posted here for several years, but I thought I’d
inquire regarding a piffling matter regarding a Model D
I acquired recently.

It’s of a 1974 vintage and appears to be in very good shape,
but one of the aluminium knob centers is missing.

I can’t remember if there was a thread about this subject,
but was wondering if if there was any source of these available
here in England ?

Anyway, a small matter, but thanks in advance,..

Finding an aluminum insert will be difficult. I’d recommend just ordering a couple of knobs of each size from Synthesizers.com. IIRC, the knobs are sourced from Cosmo, the original Moog supplier. Shipping for just one replacement knob might be prohibitive, which is why it might be more cost effective to get a couple of each–besides, it would be nice to have a spare or two.

I’ve been lusting after a modular from Dot.Com,too..

I’ll drop’um a line and see if I can’t get some spare knobs, in that case,..
