mixer out filter in help SORTED

Hi all,

Today my cluster flux was deviled, yay!

I plugged my MF-108M into the voyager mixer out filter in (as per XL manual, page 17) tip =in / ring = return and had a fiddle  I was using a hosa YPP stereo breakout TRS to dual in TS (F)

At first I thought the mf-108m was lacking a bit… then I plugged in my 606 and holy shit was i wrong… this thing sounds amazing!

So when I had the MF-108M plugged into the voyager mixer out filter I noticed the level light was flashing on on the MF-108 constantly… with or without any audio being sent to the MF :unamused:

I posted a topic here about it in the MF forum http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13687

I cant get the cluster flux to self Oscillate while it is plugged into the Voyager, what have I missed? or is there something wrong with my mixer out filter in?

If I understand how it works correctly, the mix out of the voyager sends a constant signal so the 108m level light should be on at all.. times. The vcos have not reached the filters out the vca yet in this stage of the signal chain. Why it would be lacking in charger and not self oscillating I’m not sure. Maybe try opening up the filter all the way, double check the mix level on the 108m and if you are looking to make it drone make sure the keyboard trigger is off. Goofy hopefully this helps some what.
