mixer out filter in as send & return from my mixer

hey all,

Just wondering if any one has used their voyager mix out filter in as a aux send from there mixer?

I thought I might be able to route instruments to this via a aux send on there channel strips… then use that lovely filter on a few bits of other gear at the same time.

Not in front of my voyager now so cant experiment…

Yes, that will work. Just watch your levels.

I do the opposite; take the pre-filter and amp out (the send part of the TRS jack) and push it through an STG Mixer then to a MOTM-440 OTA Lowpass filter, never to return to the Moog.

The insert jack is essentially right between the Mixer output and Filter stage.

Cool, so you get the stereo outs plus the mixer out (pre filter) as well?
