Have been trying for the last hour to update the firmware on my new Minitaur and all the steps go well except it never ‘reboots’ after receiving the firmware data - the Glide button just keeps flashing and now it won’t work! Very frustrating.
Any ideas as to why this might be? Even when I power it back on the glide light is still flashing

I have the exact same problem on mine (mt08264). I’ve contacted their troubleshooting dept many weeks ago via the recommended email and phone message channels to no avail. You would think the company could send me some form letter explaining how the software fix is being werked on, or…send your Minitaur in for the quick adjustment while it’s still in warranty. Please let me know if you can get your moog functioning 100% & how I can bring mine back from being the paperweight on the desk.
