Pretty basic question here:
How is the best way to hook up my Minitaur to a SQ-1?
MIDI? or CV?
If CV should I use a special cable, or could I just use an adapter from mini-jack to jack?
Depends on what you want to control…
If you only want to play notes, use midi.
But if you want the SQ-1 to modify eg. filter cutoff use CV.
Remember to set the SQ-1 to 5V as the Minitaur only handles 0-5V
I use a plain minijack to jack cable -works perfect.
