I have more cv synthesizers and they dont give problems, all except minitaur. I installed the latest firmware and have followed some instructions in other forums but no good results. its a nightmare, i use the calibration cv tool in the editor but its impossible to fix this problem.
i have note 1 > “c2” 1.000volts note 2 > “c5” > 4.000 volts pitch/oct
thanks and sorry for disturb.
Minitaur Pitch CV Calibration Procedure
-
Connect the voltage source to the Minitaur’s pitch CV input.
-
Now connect the Minitaur to your computer via USB and open the Minitaur Editor.
-
In the editor settings, locate the 1 volt and 4 volt calibration options.
-
Send 1 volt signal from your voltage source into the Minitaur, then click the Pitch CV Calibration +1v button. You will see the MIDI light on the Minitaur blink.
-
Send 4 volt signal from your voltage source into the Minitaur, then click the Pitch CV Calibration +4v button. You will see the MIDI light on the Minitaur blink.
-
This ends the pitch CV calibration procedure. Please test with a 0-5v CV source.
If this does not correct the issue, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to help.
