I got the Minitaur about 3 weeks ago, and the Editor exe does not work at all. Tried on 5 computers. I am on Windows XP. Thanks a lot!
I am very close to sending it back, give me a hand not to do that. MOOG Music SUPPORT??
Is the software not running? Or is the communication to the Minitaur not working?

How is the Minitaur connected to the computers: MIDI via MIDI interface or USB?
USB straight or do you use a USB hub?
And better try contacting Moog directly, as this forum is a user forum mainly. It is not the Moog user service.
Many problems user had with the MInitaur not being connected to the editor were due to simple things. And It is very unlikely, that the Minitaur is the problem. Simple things as a USB hub may be the real reason. And you did of cause use the connection selection on the “Under the Hood” window of the software, right?
The only thing I could suggest is that you uninstall and then reinstall the editor on the same computer. This fixed my issue, which was the Minituar not responding at all to the editor. I uninstalled the editor, and then reinstalled it and everything worked well. If you tried it on five different computers though, hmm..
