Minitaur Decay/Release not responding to MIDI CC

I’m having some difficulties controlling the release and decay parameters, on both the VCF and the VCA of the minitaur, using MIDI CC from an AKAI sampler.

I send data to CC #24 and #29 and it doesn’t affect the parameter. All other CC’s work fine. When I physically move the knob, the Release/Decay change as they should.

I am on the latest firmware, and using Mode “2” of the Decay/Release. Using Mode “1” doesn’t help the situation.

I was wondering - when in mode “2” what does #24 and #29 control exactly? Decay or Release? Is there anyway to control them separately via CC?

More than anything I’d love to know if it is possible to independently control Decay/Release when using Mode 2, using CC…Amos? :mrgreen:

anyone else have issues controlling Decay/Release with MIDI CC?

I’m super confused as to how these two parameters are linked. is it just not possible with “Mode 2” to control them separately?
