Minitaur and Mother 32 PSU - are they the same?

Hi, the Mother 32 PSU is 12v. I need a Minitaur replacement but the Mother 32 one looks cheaper over here in Europe. Don’t really want to spend £40+ on a PSU.

Are these the same??

yes, both are 12V center pin positive
