Minitaur - All 4 buttons on, un-responsive

Hello,

my Minitaur is unresponsive at all, the 4 buttons are light but not responding.
Nothing works (4 buttons trick, 2 VCO + Release button trick). The ribbon cable is properly re-seated. Voltages on test points are ok (except I have +11.5v instead of +9v on TP1).

Is my unit fully fried? Could Moog service it or replace the faulty board or component?

I too have this issue. 11.6v on the +9 volt test pad. Any luck with anything?
