Have you tried reinstalling the firmware ? It’s possible that it didn’t go through well the last time you did.
No such problems here with version 2.2.0.
Are the problems gone after you reinstalled an old version?
Maybe there is something different in your MIDI setup.
I reinstalled RC1 an then again 2.2.0 final.
