Quick question.. Should i be able to hear white noise on filter modulation with noise switched off? got a Model D. Definitely hearing a white noise hiss on the filter and the only way i can get rid of it it to hang the noise switch in a position between white and pink.. that can’t be right, can it?

No, thats not o.k. If "Noise" is completely turned off, you shouldnt hear any noise in no way anywhere.
