Hi Guys, I have a Old Mini Moog D and it has Modification of which i have no clue what they are?
i found them as I opened for the first time in 15 years to clean etc . .
The mod has 4 extra 1/4" sockets labeled , labeled 1, 2 ,3 and KB. 2 x 1/8" Sockets, a small Toggle switch all mounted on top metal back. The inside are 2 vero boards with 3 trim pots on one and 2 transistors and few caps etc on the other. maybe direct oscillator outs? I searched the web but found nothing like it?
Any Ideas?
Thank Yo In advance,
cheers
Bobby
Hello Bobby and Welcome.
Maybe if you could post a few pics of this mod ? Those jacks might be for individual pitch VC inputs (buffered by those transistors on the small board) for the 3 oscillators, and one KB pitch CV output maybe (to control other analog synths from the Mini) ?
Thank You thealien666 for the Welcome and your reply
Yes I think You are on the mark here, the KB has a CV out and the other 1/4 “expect” CV to independently control the oscs. its the switch and thw 1/8 " i have no clue.
there are 2 switches on the front panel, which looks like a factory mod, But Not, that make the 2 & 3 osc sync to osc 1, which is cool
.
Would love to find out more , but cant see anything? not sure how to post the here of the mods?
Cheers
