Miniataur driver missing (fixed)

since I updated the sub 37 to 0.9.42 / 1.1.23

My Miniataur driver has went missing. My slim phatty still works

what do I have to do to get this to work again?

It’s due to the USB MIDI Driver – Minitaur needs updated firmware in order to work with the new USB driver (Sub 37 needed the same update, which it got in the Sub 37 beta firmware).

We have an updated Minitaur firmware with this change made already; we just haven’t begun official beta testing of it because the same group of people who would run that testing are focused on releasing Sub 37 editor first.

If you’d like to try newer Minitaur firmware let me know and I’ll see about making a new build.

Ok right I see yes would be great to try the newer firmware,

I think the miniatuar keeps stopping the midi driver for the sub37 and the other way around, so I can only seem to use the sub37 or minataur at once,

My slim phatty works ok with either synth.

Hi Amos,

I’d like to try the updated firmware for the Minitaur, if possible, too. So far, I’ve been fairly lucky having the Minitaur work with the latest Sub37 USB MIDI driver, but sometimes the Minitaur just locks up for no apparent reason (ie, its not really easily reproducible). Power cycling the Mintaur usually works as a work around, though.
