Hi,
I am having a devil of a time trying to get the Slim Phatty to play back Midi out of Pro Tools…
I record in with the Thru off in Pro Tools… Everything seems to record properly but when I play it
back it always eventually freezes… I have the Midi Merge turned off in the Slim Phatty and have even
tried disabling the 14 bit CC, thinking that maybe it was too much… There is no problem playing it with
either the Analog 4 or a Roland VK=7 as the controller… (Merge turned on to pass the controller note info)…
Then turned off to play back… I do not have this issue with any of the other Midi equipment I try to record and
play back from Pro Tools (i.e. Analog 4, Roland VK-7)… Help I am going crazy… I feel like I have tried everything
and need to get this working properly… Any help would be greatly appreciated… Slim Phatty is updated with current 3.1 firmware…
