Midi MuRF Pattern Editor question

Hy Everyone!

I have downloaded the Pattern Editor (version 1.0.0) to control my new MIDI MuRF. I have connected the MuRF to my notebook via E-MU MIDI 1x1 tab, and I use Windows XP.
Unfortunately I can’t overwrite the MuRF’s factory patterns, although I am able to modify all of the knobs and sliders on my MuRF with the program.
I have switched on the Auto Send function. I have turned the pattern knob to the 2nd pattern on the MuRF as well as in the program, and I send the pattern as pattern No. 14.
On the FREQ switch I have chosen midi on the MuRF and in the program as well.
Whenever I try to modify a pattern in the pattern editor window, there is no difference in the sound and also my MuRF does not respond anymore to any modification I make in the program till I switch the MuRF off manually and switch it on again via the program.
What should I do to solve this problem?

Thanks,

falcsi

Is the MURF editor set the the correct midi channel?

The MURF editor is set the midi channel number 1. I don’t know if it is the right midi channel.

Try setting the pattern number to 2 and mids for the freq setting on the murf mock up screen as well as selecting pattern 14 and mids for the freq setting on the pattern edit screen.

Hy!
Finaly, I realised that my midi interface was a crap, so I bought an other one, and now everything is perfect!
Thank you very much for your kind help!
