I’m trying to learn about using CV to control synths. I just installed my CV expander and was successfully able to control the Werkstatt with my QNexus keyboard. When I tried using my Microbrute as a sequencer, the pitch out seemed to work but not the gate. I can get a signal to the Werkstatt from the Microbrute but the keyboard on the Microbrute doesn’t work unless I hold a key on the Werkstatt. Anyone used these two together and, if so, what am I doing wrong?
Lance, I’ve had the same problem. The work around I use is, instead of using the gate out on the Microbrute, I use the envelope out on the Microbrute into the VCA In on the Werkstatt. Hope that helps.
