MF 108M? flux

$519 where? Who’s John?

Novamusik.com is the place to go for Moog gear.
$519 CLuster Flux

I think I NEED to order one in the morning. I tried today, but Nova was closed by the time I gave into my G.A.S.

And now I wait  .

NovaMusik shows $559 :frowning:

They will give you the pre order deal. $519.00

$519 off the website or do you need to call them?

I’m not sure. I know the invoice they sent me says $559.00 with a comment to charge $519.00 when it ships at the bottom. That is the way it always seems to be with Nova. But they have never made a mistake with me. Always top notch customer service. I did not ask for the discount John just gave it to me.

Pre-ordered mine (check out my new sig. ha!) but after reading the fine print, I have what I think is a concern. Maybe one of you detectives out there can help resolve this query.

Aside from foggers, I have an Effectrode phase-o-matic on my pedalboard and it has an LFO input that I’ve been driving with my Multipedal (clocked via midi via Multipedal).

My plan is to leverage the LFO out of the 108M for this function and in the process, simplifying my setup for live use. But doing the math, it does not appear to have a jack for this (or does it?).

Fancy modes, configured by dip switch and what looks to be a full Midi implementation = awesome; please tell me there is a way to get traditional LFO CV-out! Have been waiting a long time for a Midi powered CP-251; having a VX-351, this should fill the need for this missing pedalboard function .

Thanks all.

I’ll play

Plus MIDI in and 9 VDC.

I can see 5 sockets on top and at least two behind.
No sign of the power or MIDI from this angle, but it could be a mock-up piece.
If the MIDI socket is under any of the 1/4" sockets, then there won’t be room for an LFO out. Unless I’ve counted wrong.
A missing LFO out socket would be a bit of an omission I reckon. A DIY workaround could use the LED as an LFO signal.
Best case scenario: 10) is the LFO out. MIDI is located under the power socket, though that might not be good for some… I notice the spacing of the sockets is tighter than on the mMURF.

I wonder if the fx loop is going to be separate send and receive jacks or more like the voya
gers mix in where you need a “Y” cable to insert effects.

I highly doubt there will be midi out, it only mentions midi in on the description page. Unless its possible to make a midi port bidirectional. I do hope there is an lfo out though, that would be a selfish little box to keep all those wave forms to itself.

The image above of the back panel makes no sense. The sockets with a White boxed text are for expression/Cv an always relate to dials on the front - Why is there one for Envelope and LFO/Sweep. There is no Envelope dial on this pedal, and while there is an LFO dial, it effects the waveform rather than the sweep etc…

If Moog have changed the recipe for the expression input then I have absolutely no idea what ‘Envelope’ is going to do with regards to this pedal. Not being able to control the other front panel knobs via expression may also be a bit of an oversight…

That’s the MIDI MuRF rear, for comparison of MIDI and 1/4" sockets to non-MIDI 'foogers.

That would explain it… Hahahaha

FAIL!

Does anyone have any idea what this thing sounds like? I think that is a little important…

Yeah I was hoping the debut on june 17 would have included some sort of demo, even if it was just like a 40 second audio clip like they did with the freqbox way back when

Wow! You are a stickler for details.

This looks like a great addition to the Moog line!

This may seem like a pretty noob question, but here I go…

The delay section does not actually refer to a delay (echo) effect does it? It’s more referring to the degree of flange?

You are correct. Although this being a moog pedal who knows what the limitations will be
