My guess:
MIDI-sync’able voltage controlled flanger. The other end of the rate knob goes to divisions of the current clock or tap tempo.
A Moog-flavored flange effect would be awesome!
Flanging does great things with sound effects and synth leads, IMO.
Using an old Roland SBF- 325 Stereo Flanger on my Voyager. Good sounding flanger, with CV control of the LFO modulation, but it’s having scratchy mood swings- in dire need of service. A Moogerfooger replacement would be most welcome 
Anyone else here want to make prediction? Maybe even rumors to share?

Perhaps there is more than one thing to choose from?

What would you hook an LFO to?
Maybe multiple signal paths with seperate triggers. Overlapping sequences if you will of the effected signal.
Cluster means a gathering of stuff, like the cluster of galaxies or a cluster of dust-mites, etc.. Right?
Flux translates to change, flow… So, multiple signal paths, multi-mode processing, the “Flux” beeing the LFO and MIDI. Just musing here, exquezze me please. 
What kind of control name ends in ‘UNT’ ?

Duh, of course it would be. I was thinking of ‘count’ which doesn’t make sense on a pot. Amount is so obvious. Sorry 'bout that! The teaser pic is intriguing! Also, these ideas on what a Cluster Flux might be is free research for Moog. No need to actually design anything, just let us guess what it is and we’ll give Moog all the ideas they need 
I’m thinking its a multi lfo fooger with midi and tap tempo. Probably with the ability to combine the different lfos almost like a ring modulator (ie; lfo 1 output, lfo 2 output, sum output, difference output, etc.)
A flanger would be pretty sweet too

Why is the Bypass on the far right hand side?
I’m gonna say there is something wrong with the teaser pic. The position of the supposed labels “LFO”, “rate” and “amount” are all too much to the left of the knobs. LFO is centered on O, rate is centered on T and amount is centered on U. And yes, the BYPASS is coincidentally just visible too. Either the units are badly labelled (fakes from China) or its a bit doctored, possibly a mock up for the purposes of teasing.
I’m ordering one, I just don’t know what it is yet,

Very exciting. If colorform is correct I am glad I didn’t drop $$$ on an mp-201 yet. That would be much more up my alley.

Our friends Moog have a good tradition of making multi-use stuff, i.e. an LFO or two to use with external gear and something else.
Could this be a tremolo? And therefore the long-awaited VCA 'fooger?
I assume it has 2 footswitches. Maybe a bypass and a tap tempo?
