Hi, I’ve tried to put the factory defaults on my MF-105M, with lack of result.

Does anyone have the sysex to send for a factory restoration?

Try contacting Moog, as they would be best equipped to answer you.

Hint: try losing the attitude, you’d be amazed at how people will respond to you in like manner. You might also find that the problem is in the hardware you’re using to hook up the Sysex dump with.
