mf-104m without psu?

I just received my MF-104M (#331) from a dutch retailer and i was acking to try it out, but alas… there was no psu included. It also seems there is little room for a psu in the box. However when I look in the manual and at websites of other retailers in europe they all advertise that a psu is included. Should a psu be included or not?

I heard that European distributors had to buy the PSU’s themselves separately to supply them with the MF units. At least that was the case in Poland. After a while they decided they weren’t going to cover the cost of the European PSU any longer. So now, you a European customer has got to buy a PSU separately :frowning:

On another note – I stopped believing descriptions from online stores long time ago. I always ask to make sure what is really included with the product.

Cheers,
Lukasz

Just noticed that the standard MF psu rates 300mA while the Mf-104M requires at least 400mA. Seems weird not to include it when power requirements differ?

Got a reply from the distributer (Amptec) through the shop. They state that they never deliver MoogerFoogers with a psu because Moog’s psu cannot be used in the Netherlands. That is very weird indeed, because the german distributor delivers moogerfoogers with psu (same V/hz) and it is also possible to order a European psu when ordering @ moog directly…

I was a bit worried about mine coming to Australia without a PSU given the low volumes here. But it’s just arrived in Australia and it came with the appropriate AU PSU

Yeah I’m interested mate! I’ll pm you
