@ BHC303, download this and install. It can be used either as standalone or as a VST in your DAW. If you are having issues, check the forum here

Feel free to make one for clusterflux too
lol
Still trying to figure out how to open this in ableton… I will jump on forum tomorrow. (for some reason ableton cant see it) I can search for it and ableton finds an AU unit of Ctrl i(plug search feature of live) I can open this… but cant link it up to the 104m…
I have noticed one small bug though, if you select filter type (bright) to change to dark you cant revert to back bright.
Cheers
it works with cubase?
where do i put the file?
/thx
Interesting. I don’t use Ableton, so I cannot test. It could be a ctrlr version compatibility problem. The filter select works fine for me in stand-alone mode. I’ll load it into Cubase and see how that goes on my end. FWIW, building those panels are pretty easy. It took me a night to figure out how everything works and I’m all thumbs when it comes to MIDI or computer programming.
So, I just popped open Cubase and it works fine. When you install ctrlr, be sure the VST goes into your VST folder you use for Cubase. In cubase go to Devices > VST Instruments. From there left click one of the bars that says “No Instruments”. When the drop down menu appears, select the ctrlr VST. When it opens, click on “Devices”. Be sure to set up the correct MIDI OUT thats going to the MF-104M. Then click on Open and navigate to where you have this panel saved.
right i installed the vst CTRL opened the panel within it and set the right mididevice. when i turn the knobs on the ctrl interface my 104m doesnt respond. is it supposed to respond all the time or do i have to send the snapshot someway. i tried all midi channels without luck. do you have any ideas?
thx/peter
Hello,
The link does not work. Where can we find this controller?
Alex
Hi. I’m also looking for the VST. Does anyone out there have it who is willing to share? I’m actually pretty surprised that Moog doesn’t have one created. Thanks.
Bump! Anyone have this? It would be a lifesaver.
Is this 64-bit or 32-bit VST and is your Ableton 64-bit or 32-bit? I believe the VSTs have to be 64-bit for 64-bit Live and 32-bit for 32-bit live. Additionally, you might have multiple VST folders - one for 32 and one for 64, and it may have been put into the wrong one? That’s always been my issue when Live can’t see a VST.
This is such a cool idea! Thanks for making it.
Does anyone have an active link to the VST? The link is the OP is broken.
Thx.
It’s on this page: http://ctrlr.org/panels_deprecated/.
I tried it on my old macbook with the latest Ctrlr in standalone mode and the gui is not displayed correctly, I’m going to try the vst version on my dedicated machine and see if it works (I’m not very confident since the panel is on the deprecated page
).
Thanks sin night!
I tried it however I’m experiencing the same GUI issue, rendering it unusable. I’m on win 7 x64.
I didn’t try the vst version though. Might give that a go tonight.
